About BOLD Team Cultivation Facility

BOLD Team is a cannabis cultivation and processing facility located at 895 Industrial Park Rd in Cotton Plant, Arkansas—a Delta community with a population of less than 1,000 people. As the first cultivation facility to bring Arkansas' legal medical cannabis to market in 2018, BOLD has set the standard for excellence in cultivating high-quality cannabis strains that provide therapeutic benefits and relief from symptoms associated with a wide variety of medical conditions.

Built as one of the nation's largest cannabis cultivation and processing facilities, BOLD Team overcame significant infrastructure challenges to establish their operation in rural Arkansas, including running their own water line and installing septic systems. Under the leadership of Senior Director of Operations Annie Iselin—who brings more than 14 years of cannabis industry experience and helped write two of Arkansas' first five cultivator licenses—BOLD has become synonymous with quality, innovation, and community impact.

BOLD Team's approach to cultivation focuses on selecting cannabis strains based on the medicinal benefits the plant has shown to provide. Their selection varies from popular, iconic strains like Blue Dream and Granddaddy Purple to more exotic cultivars such as Sumo Grande and Pura Vida, ensuring that patients have access to diverse cannabinoid and terpene profiles to meet their specific medical needs.

This collaboration brings together Method Man's legendary status as a cannabis advocate with BOLD's cultivation expertise, delivering quality products to Arkansas patients.

What Makes BOLD Team Unique in Arkansas’s Cannabis Industry

BOLD Team stands apart in Arkansas' cannabis landscape for several compelling reasons that extend far beyond their cultivation capabilities.

Pioneering Leadership

BOLD is led by Annie Iselin, the only woman at the helm of an Arkansas cannabis cultivation license, serving as Senior Director of Operations. With more than 14 years of cannabis industry experience spanning eight states, Annie has built a legacy of writing winning license applications and driving innovation. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping not just BOLD's success, but also in mentoring other women working in Arkansas' cannabis industry.

Community Impact and Rural Revitalization

Rather than building in a major city, BOLD intentionally established one of the nation's largest cultivation facilities in Cotton Plant, a rural Arkansas Delta community of fewer than 1,000 residents. This decision has created significant job opportunities and economic development in a region that, like many rural communities across America, faced economic challenges. BOLD's team is built by design, with a majority of employees being women, Black community members, and older workers—creating new opportunities and dynamics in a town with a complex social history.

Innovation and Market Firsts

BOLD Team has consistently pushed the boundaries of what's possible in Arkansas' medical marijuana market. As the first cultivation facility to bring legal medical cannabis to Arkansas patients when the program launched, BOLD also introduced the state's first infused beverages and first transdermal patches, demonstrating their commitment to meeting diverse patient needs. This innovative spirit continues with their Dolbé product line, which offers alternative consumption methods designed for enhanced therapeutic benefits and patient-specific applications.

Historic Roots

BOLD honors Cotton Plant's historic legacy—home to Sister Rosetta Tharpe, the "Godmother of Rock and Roll"—while creating its own chapter in cannabis history. This connection serves as a reminder that they're continuing a legacy of innovation and excellence that has always defined this small Arkansas Delta town.
